A new planning application has been submitted to demolish the existing Jubilee Centre building (currently used by Mercy in Action) on the Lower Bristol Road and redevelop the site to erect a 3-5 storey building to provide student accommodation.  It is planned to comprise of 136 bedspaces and communal facilities.
