Dog Fouling Campaign 2018

As many residents know, dog fouling around Twerton/Whiteway is getting really bad.  I have launched a campaign to try and get this sorted.

I have spoken to the BANES dog warden and 3 local schools, Twerton Infants, St Michaels Juniors and Roundhill Primary and got agreement for the children to design a poster that can be displayed around the area to try and highlight how important it is to clear up after your dog.

I have hand knitted a “low maintenance” dog for 3 lucky winners (1 from each school) and will be arranging for the posters to be printed and erected across the area.

If you witness incidents of dog fouling that is not being cleared up please do contact BANES with as much information as you can to try and help make our community a cleaner place for all to enjoy.
